Description: For over a decade, Bramford has advised QE Foodstores on all their property matters to assist in the expansion of their business throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area. This includes but is not limited to site identification; due diligence; purchase / lease negotiations; concept fitout design; project management; and development management.

Founded in 2002, QE Foodstores is an independent family-owned boutique grocery store that is known for its high quality offering at affordable prices. QE Foodstores has a particular focus on fresh fruit and vegetables and is backed by a full-line supermarket offering in a small format structure. The business currently employs over 130 staff across 11 stores.
