Bramford’s advisory services span far and wide; from general market analysis to lease and sales advice, property due diligence and feasibility studies.
Past projects include the Sydney Metro compulsory acquisitions in 2016 and 2021-22 where Bramford acted on behalf of approximately 50 strata owners / tenants in coordinating the entire process with Sydney Metro. Services included the coordination of all sub-consultants, sourcing and negotiating the lease / purchase of a new tenancy, compensation negotiations and project management of the relocation / fitout at the new premises.

The nature of our job means that we are constantly sifting through potential sites and properties on a daily basis. Accordingly, we are always keeping an eye out for our next investment opportunity.
With aims of maximising our return on investment, Bramford focus on finding properties with further value add potential and future growth strategies. This can be through short term rental reversion, development upside, anticipated town planning or market uplift, or securing long term / A-grade tenants.
This value-add investment strategy provides Bramford and our stakeholders with a clear pathway and exit strategy, whether it be short term or long term returns.

Development
Bramford’s ‘cradle to the grave’ approach offers a complete service through the entire life cycle of a property, including development and project management.
Bramford has assisted in the coordination and development management of approximately 20 medical centres throughout Australia, as well as the continuous rollout of Sydney-based boutique grocery store, QE Foodstores.
